A long-standing pillar of our foundation is Resort and Apartment Sales, or RAAS Property Group. Established in 2001, RAAS is currently the 8th most prolific seller of property in Queensland (ranked by RealEstate.com.au in 2023), selling apartments and townhouses across Gold Coast, Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Northern New South Wales and Northern Queensland. Offering a specialised service to the management rights industry, RAAS has been selling Management Rights businesses for over 21 years.
